My Journey
My journey here has not always been easy.. but it has been blessed. It has brought me here with all the love and lessons I’ve been so fortunate to experience (even when they were super hard in the moment). I have been through a dark night of the soul and begged the universe for change, and I know I am not alone in that experience. I have wept through the thoughts of how I could have let myself end up ‘this way’ or end up ‘here’. Having questions of ‘what is my next step’, feelings of being stuck or in limbo and not really knowing my next best step. I was able to dig deep and come out the other side knowing and trusting myself better than I ever have in the past. I am so wildly capable - and you are too!
I am here on my mission to re-spark that internal flame of yours. You are powerful, soulful, sensual and you deserve to feel it with every fibre of your being. Every day.
With the space I hold; with the guidance, wisdom and tools I share; with the photographs I capture; I will be helping you to recognize and reclaim the divine feminine power that is you.
I love having the opportunity to connect my fellow women with their own universal current. My focus is to bring forth awareness and healing through love, and to teach others how to open up their own unique potential - while shedding layers of conditioning, old patterns and beliefs.
The Snake’s Passage
Cost: Varies by length of container
You have a choice of a one off session (1.5 hr deep dive), 3-months, or 6-months of 1:1 guidance.
The snake needs to shed its skin in order to live, and much the same you need to shed the layers of old conditioning, beliefs and patterns in order to move forward into your next level.
This container invites you to help you dive deep and shed the layers of conditioning that may be holding you back from expressing your favourite self to the world. This experience will be individualized to you and your needs using various tools that have made a profound impact on my own daily life.
Human Design Reports
Cost: Varies depending on option chosen
Once Human Design entered my life, it was truly changed forever. Human Design is one tool that I use to help me understand myself and others better.
You may choose an Individual Report, a Couples Dynamic Report or a Family Dynamics Report. Couples and Family Reports will include brief Individual Reports for each person, as well as a separate ‘Dynamics’ Report.
Monthly Movement Membership (Virtual)
$33.00 per month
Move with me virtually (over Zoom) on the third Sunday of each month at 11:00am(PST). You will be guided through a check-in with our other members and dive into our guided movement to support how we are collectively feeling. If you’ve seen me shaking it on Instagram and thought that you’d love to move along with me - and maybe feeling a little unsure of how or where to get started, you’re not going to want to miss out on this.

Divine Feminine Photography
$333.00 per session
Feel like your most divine self, this photography shoot should be as unique as you are and I want to help you celebrate your body and your femininity, whatever that looks like for you. Teress created a space that I felt safe in showing up with all my feelings and then she taught us how to go deeper and understand these fears and how much meaning they truly hold. I saw that when I took a closer look my fears were a reflection of how I view myself and how I fear honoring my individuality.
Teress had a beautiful way of appreciating the courage it takes to speak honestly about such a deeply rooted feeling. Her voice rings so purely and with so much intention.
